When to Take the Morning After Pill
You had sex and were not using birth control.
You missed your regular birth control and had unprotected sex.

Timing is Everything
Morning After Pill helps prevent pregnancy before it starts by temporarily delaying ovulation when taken within 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected sex. The sooner you take it, the better it works.
